1. About my approach

A propos de mon approche

1.1 Where are you based?

I am a Fine Art wedding photographer based in Caen.

1.2 Are you available throughout Normandy?

Yes, I photograph weddings throughout Normandy.

Travel costs apply beyond a 60 km round trip from Caen. If your venue is more than a 90-minute drive away, accommodation costs may also apply.

One or two nights on site may sometimes be needed to photograph your wedding in the best possible conditions.

1.3 Are you available outside Normandy?

Of course. I travel to Paris, Brittany, Pays de la Loire and elsewhere in France.

I would also love to photograph more destination weddings.

As with other travel, costs may apply beyond a 60 km round trip from Caen, along with accommodation where needed. One or two nights on site may sometimes be required to photograph your wedding in the best possible conditions.

1.4 What style of wedding photography do you offer?

My wedding photography blends documentary, Fine Art and editorial approaches.

I love creating lively, sensitive and beautiful images that preserve real emotion while highlighting the light, thoughtful compositions, true-to-life colours, details and atmosphere of your day.

This approach is often called “Loose Editorial” — a balance of spontaneity, elegance and a modern feel, including the use of flash.

Prestations et accompagnement

1.5 How do you work on the wedding day?

I follow an approach I call Loose Editorial: a balance of spontaneous documentary photography, Fine Art aesthetics and an editorial touch, creating natural, elegant and memorable images.

For most of the day, I capture moments as they unfold, without interrupting them, to preserve their natural feel and emotion.

At certain moments, such as getting ready, your couple session or group photographs, I offer gentle guidance to create relaxed, flattering and harmonious images.

2. Services and support

2.1 What services do you offer?

I offer wedding photography covering the essential moments of your day: getting ready, ceremonies, group photographs, your couple session and drinks reception.

You can also add:

  • evening coverage,

  • an engagement session,

  • a civil ceremony on a separate date,

  • an after-wedding session,

  • brunch the following day.

2.2 Do you offer couple sessions?

Yes, I offer couple sessions, mainly in Normandy and Paris.

These can be part of your wedding experience: an engagement session before the wedding or an after-wedding session.

I also offer sessions for couples who simply want photographs of a special moment together.

Finally, I offer family sessions as a natural continuation after the wedding. I am always delighted when my couples return to continue their family’s visual story.

2.3 Do you work with a second photographer?

I usually photograph weddings on my own.

If the plans for your day or the number of guests call for it, a second photographer can be added as an option.

2.4 Do you also film during the day?

My service is exclusively photography.

If you are looking for a videographer, I can recommend trusted professionals.

2.5 Do you offer drone photography?

Yes, drone photographs can be taken during your day, subject to the applicable regulations and suitable conditions.

They can highlight the beauty of your venue, the layout of an outdoor ceremony or your couple session within its surroundings.

3. Pricing and booking

Tarifs et réservation

3.1 What should we budget for wedding photography with Aline Largenton?

On average, my clients invest €3,200 in their wedding photography.

You can add options to suit your wishes, such as evening coverage, an engagement session or a civil ceremony on a separate date.

3.2 Do you offer a meeting before booking?

Yes, we have an initial video call before any booking.

This is an important opportunity to talk about your wedding, introduce my approach, answer your questions and see whether we would enjoy working together.

3.3 How do we book your wedding photography in Caen and Normandy?

To book your wedding photographer in Caen or Normandy, contact me by email or through the website form.

Booking involves a few steps:

  • We first talk about your wedding, and I can show you one or more complete galleries.

  • I then send you a personalised quote and contract.

  • Your date is secured once the documents are signed and the deposit is paid.

Deposit required:

  • 50% for a wedding in 2026

  • 30% for a wedding in 2027

The deposit is non-refundable.

3.4 Can we book online?

Yes, you can book remotely.

After our first conversation, I send you a personalised quote and a contract to sign electronically.

Payment of the deposit then secures your date.

3.5 How quickly do you reply to enquiries?

I usually reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

During the wedding season, it may occasionally take a little longer, but I always do my best to respond promptly and thoughtfully.

4. Delivery and keepsakes

Livraison et souvenirs

4.1 How do you deliver our wedding photographs?

After carefully editing your images, I deliver them through a private online gallery.

You receive private access, as well as guest access to share with your loved ones so they can discover and relive the day.

4.2 How many photographs will we receive?

The number depends on how your day unfolds, but a full wedding gallery contains an average of 700 images.

Every delivered image is carefully selected and edited.

4.3 When will we receive our photographs?

After your wedding, you receive a preview of around 15 images within 24 hours, followed by your complete online gallery within four weeks.

4.4 Do you offer personalised photo albums and prints?

Yes, I offer premium wedding photo albums, prints and smaller keepsakes to give as gifts or keep for yourselves.

The available products include:

  • a premium photo album in its presentation box,

  • 13 × 19 cm prints in a premium box,

  • a personalised leporello — a small accordion album, ideal for your loved ones.

Printed photographs matter deeply to me: the feel of the paper, the depth of the colours and the physical presence of the images bring another dimension to memories. They are also one of the easiest ways to share them with your loved ones.

4.5 How do you keep our photographs safe?

Keeping your images safe is a priority.

As I photograph, files are recorded twice on my cameras. After the wedding, they are backed up on several storage devices until final delivery.
